So I spent the weekend looking around the internet to see if there are other websites offering tips for “affordable” family travel, and of course, there are TONS. However, one of the ones I saw talked about their trips to Tokyo and compared Disney locations around the world… please don’t expect to see that here. If you are planning large-scale, international, Disney-themed vacations, I am not your girl. I also saw a bunch that were teaching you how to capitalize on your airline miles… I don’t have 3 million airline miles to use for family vacation. However, I would LOVE to tell you all about some lesser known, super affordable vacation destinations, what to do in the Midwest/Central USA, how to effectively pack for plane travel or long car rides, and how to save money on everything from souvenirs to restaurants to attractions.
